A treehouse on a steep slope
A treehouse making the most of a nice steep slope in a rural setting.
When it comes to a treehouses, slopping or undulating ground is a major advantage. It means the structure can benefit from different feels with easy access at one end, but a lovely high vantage point at the other.
In this case it was a steep hill, about 35 degrees, but the effect under the trees is of a secret look out post, giving a great space inside and as well as an outside space to chill and enjoy the view.
The 3m side comes off the end of the play platform, even though the top end is bearly off the ground. A vertical ladder is fitted to the left hand side for when your feelign energetic.
