A garden playhouse above and an independently accessed storage area below.

The playhouse is raised of the ground by 2 ft 6", and is accessed via a staircase which leads onto a decked platform to the front of the playhouse.

The front has a stable door with diamond shape cut out, and 2 glazed rectangular windows, whilst the right hand side has another glazed rectangular window.

The storage area underneath the playhouse has a set of double doors at the front and an unglazed octagonal window on both sides.
