Play Castle in Courtyard
Every courtyard needs its own castle and this castle with adjoining raised bridge over the courtyard entrance certainly makes the most of the available space.
The play castle sits in the corner of the courtyard, it has a standard door with diamond cut out above and letterbox below so that any knights or princesses in residence can receive their own post or invitation to dine in the main house.
A rectangular glazed non-opening window sits to the left of the door and a double shutter is set on the right hand side of the castle. Diamond cut outs in the shutters echo the pattern in the door and an extra long window box, sits below the shutters.
An external staircase next to the castle door leads up to a walkway with an access point for the castle roof with castellated tower with 4 castle style slit windows, essential for spotting potential invaders. The walkway then continues to a staircase and bridge with pulley system attached.
The bridge is situated above the main entrance to the courtyard and leads down to a small platform with a wooden ladder to the front and a climbing wall with knotted rope to the right hand side.
Internally the castle has been painted, this can be added for an extra cost
