Access to your playhouse location
Whether you order a Go Play, Choice or You Design playhouse all products assembled prior to despatch on a ‘dry run' to ensure it all works as it should.
The playhouse is then disassembled and packed flat ready to deliver. All our playhouses are delivered by our own drivers (installation comes as standard for You Design playhouses and is also an option for our Go Play and Choice ranges).
As a general rule we will not build individual panels of more than 6ft (1.8m) by 5ft (1.5m) which will fit through a standard doorway. If larger panels are needed we would build them in two sections. This generally means that the playhouses can fit through most access points including through houses where there is no additional access to the back garden. If access is particularly tight or there are bends that we will have to take the playhouse round, as long as we know we can build the panels smaller so they will fit through even the slimmest doors (applies to You Design playhouses)!
