Quality Checks
At every stage of design, manufacture and installation of your playhouse we care greatly that it is great quality and really safe.
As we design all our structures we are mindful that children should be able to play in an environment that will spark imagination, realise fantasies but also be safe so you don't have to be watching them all the time. We cover many points at the design stage such as making sure there are no platforms that can be fallen off, trap or pinch points for heads, limbs and fingers or areas that would be hard to access or escape from.
As we build the house we use only the best materials which are always carefully smoothed and rounded to avoid splinters as much as possible. We ensure that one individual in our factory is responsible for building each house. He will take great care to fix all the sections and components together with screws and nails which stay in place and additional checks are carried out to ensure they do not stick out where they shouldn't.
After we have installed your house we will go through a comprehensive check list which we will leave with you confirming that all aspects have been built to the highest standard and checked
