Roof options

Our roofs are made using 75mm x 50 mm bearers  with 12mm fsc plywood over these and then finished with one of our 4 options of roofing finishes.  We offer 4 different types of roof finishes for your playhouse, so that you can choose which style best suits your requirements.

Felted

High quality 38kg mineral felt over the top of a base felt

Felt shingles 

These give the appearance of tiles: they go over the top of the base layer of felt.

Cedar shingles

This is a traditional roof finish in North America.  Cedar shingles are fitted over the top of two base layers of felt.

Slate effect

Etermet slate is fitted over two layers of base felt, these look just like traditional slate.
