A playhouse with a high roof onto which two false dormer windows are fitted. The front has a central stable door with a heart shape cut out, a name plaque is fitted above the door and two opening rectangular windows: These windows have false shutters with heart shapes cut out in them and window boxes fitted underneath. The left hand side has at ground level and two rectangular windows, the first floor has a door with heart shape cut out which leads to an external raised balcony. The right hand side has one diamond window and two rectangular windows. Internally the walls are lined with plywood and then painted: There is also a blackboard fitted and a toy box bench seat. A staircase gives access to a first floor gallery which leads out onto the external balcony, a pulley with box has been fitted and then the platform is protected with balustrade rails. Underneath the balcony there is a hanging swing seat fitted. The roof has eternite slate on it and then finished with a scalloped ridge and facia board, and has guttering fitted with run off to ground.
